Delete your Elysia account and data
Elysia is provided by E&S Yazılım. You can permanently delete your account from Settings → Account → Delete account inside the app.
Request deletion without the app
If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request from the email address registered to your Elysia account. Include your Elysia username. We will verify account ownership before processing the request.

What is deleted
- Your sign-in account and profile information.
- Your profile media, stories, posts, and uploaded media.
- Messages and other user-generated content sent by your account, where technically associated with it.
- Device notification tokens and local app data.
Security and abuse-prevention records may be retained only where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or the protection of users. Retained records are detached from the deleted public profile where possible.
Requests are normally completed within 7 days. Active App Store or Google Play subscriptions must be cancelled separately in your store account settings.
Elysia hesabını ve verilerini silme
Hesabını uygulamada Ayarlar → Hesap → Hesabı sil yolundan kalıcı olarak silebilirsin. Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan yukarıdaki düğmeyle, kayıtlı e-posta adresinden kullanıcı adını belirterek talep gönder. Hesap sahipliği doğrulandıktan sonra hesap ve ilişkili veriler normalde 7 gün içinde silinir.
