Elysia Privacy Policy

Elysia is a social communication app. This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you create an account, use messaging, share profile or community content, make voice or video calls, and make in-app purchases.

Information We Process

• Account information such as user ID, profile name, profile photo, age confirmation, and safety policy acceptance status.
• Content you choose to share, including messages, media, profile details, stories, and community posts.
• Safety and moderation data, including reports, blocks, content review signals, and enforcement records.
• Call data such as participant IDs, call status, timestamps, and temporary connection-signaling and network data that may include IP addresses.
• Purchase entitlement status for subscriptions or one-time purchases. Payment details are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play and are not stored by Elysia.
• Device permissions such as camera, microphone, photo library, and location only when you use features that require them.

How We Use Information

• To provide account, profile, messaging, calling, community, and premium features.
• To keep the community safer through reporting, blocking, moderation review, and automated safety filters.
• To verify purchase entitlements and restore purchases.
• To respond to support, privacy, and safety requests.

Safety and Moderation

Elysia may use automated filters and moderator review to detect or act on content that violates community rules. Users can report content or block other users from profiles, messages, and community surfaces. A participant can end a voice or video call at any time.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Service providers such as Firebase, Apple, Google, and payment platforms may process information as needed to provide authentication, storage, notifications, analytics, hosting, purchase verification, and app platform services.

Your Choices

• You can manage device permissions in your device settings.
• You can cancel subscriptions from App Store or Google Play account settings.
• You can permanently delete your account inside Elysia or use our account and data deletion page if you cannot access the app.
